The Cité Florale: a neighbourhood in the 13^th for you to discover

For a romantic late spring stroll in a charming Parisian neighbourhood, the Cité Florale can’t be beaten! As picturesque and colourful as the name implies, this comparatively little-known part of the capital boasts coquettish houses in pastel hues set along six cobbled streets, all of which bear the name of a flower. Urban relaxation with a seaside feel: Paris Plage

From July 20^th until August 21^st, Paris Plage (Paris Beach) transforms parts of the city into urban seaside resorts. These are the George-Pompidou Expressway (1^st and 4^th arrondissements), the square of the Hôtel-de-Ville (4^th) and the Bassin de la Villette (19^th).  This year, there will also be other temporary beaches set up in the 14^th and 20^th arrondissements of the city.
